Pocketchip Cover 2

This is the redesigned pocketchip cover. It has not been thoroughly tested, but based on 1/4th test results, it appears to be functioning properly. Be sure to follow the printing instructions below and closely monitor your printer. Print this at your own risk, as there are many small and intricate parts involved. I highly recommend having the lettered keys printed using a high-end printer like a Stratasys printer or by a professional printing company. Many users requested a half cover case, but @Paratyphi has already created an excellent one, available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1790510, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1686723. I have designed a similar button layout to complement his cover. If you successfully print this design, please consider showing your appreciation by tipping, as it took a significant amount of time and resources to create. Thank you again to all the supporters. If any issues arise, please message me with pictures and concerns, and I will do my best to resolve them. To remove the cover, stand Pocketchip upright on a desk with the front facing you. Place your fingers on the top clips and grip both slightly while giving it a gentle pull toward you, and it should come off easily. Print the Buttons and keys at .1 or .2mm layer height .4 mm shell thickness and 100% infill are recommended The slower the print speed, the better A raft may be required; use your discretion based on your printer's capabilities. I used a raft. Keep a close eye on your printer, as there are many small parts with intricate details involved. Print at your own risk, as this is an untested design and I will not be held responsible for any printer-related issues or damaged Pocketchips. Post-Printing You may want to glue your keys into place. Place the case on from the bottom up The Keys follow a straightforward layout. Any key with 3 symbols on the left side of the key is a FN symbol, and the right side represents the shift symbol. Keys with 2 symbols have the left as FN and the right as Primary character. If you write anything on the unlettered keys, I recommend using a pencil to write it on and then applying a coat of clear spray paint over it to prevent bleeding and wiping off.
