PocketBeagle Enclosure Remix
thingiverse
I really like tinkeringtech's enclosure for the pocketbeagle, and made several revisions to it. - There's a cutout in the bottom piece where you can see the sticker on top of the cpu, which keeps the board centered within the case. - Two rails are located on the side of the bottom piece, ensuring that the board remains level inside the case. - The top piece is taller now, so the board is snugly sandwiched in place inside the case. - I widened the openings on the top piece at the outer edges to accommodate female headers on the pocketbeagle. - After noticing that the top piece fit a bit loosely inside the bottom piece, I added two bumps to the side of the top piece for a tighter fit. I used OpenSCAD to modify the original STLs. The scad files are included here. Due to limitations in Thingiverse's processing capabilities when importing STLs, their generated pictures won't accurately display these modifications. Therefore, you'll need to download both the original STLs and the scad files locally to render them correctly. I've also attached a printable label that can be fixed to the lid of the case for easy access to the pinout using a 2D printer.
