I was in urgent need of a compact tabletop tripod for product photography, which could also serve as a lightweight option for hiking. The perfect solution had to be portable and convenient. The ideal tripod should have a collapsed height of 200mm, extendable to 106mm with a circumference of approximately 274mm. Hardware Requirements: * Three M3x20mm or M3x24mm screws (with spacers and nylock nuts) * Three M3 nuts * One 1/4" male threaded screw adapter with an M5 male threaded connection Source: A reliable online retailer, Aliexpress. Optional Reinforcement: * One additional M5x20mm screw * One extra M5x35mm screw Update (28 May 2020): After further analysis, I decided to reinforce the entire tripod structure and incorporate a ball-head for added stability.
