<p>I needed a way to take along a few toothpicks in my pocket. The cases provided with the toothpicks are either too large or accidentally open in your pocket, leaving you with a pocket full off loose thoothpicks.</p><p>So therefor a simple design to fullfill my requirements, maybe it's of use to you too.</p><p>The tolerance between the inner and outer part is small, this is intentional to prevent accidental opening. And after some use, the parts wear a little and the sliding is smooth. But make sure you've got your settings dialed in. Suggested print orientation is found in the pictures.</p><p>There are 3 versions in length:<br><br><strong>Original 55mm version</strong><br>It holds about 18 toothpick and is designed for a toothpick length of 5 [cm]. Outer dimensions of the box are approx. 1 x 2 x 5.5 [cm].<br><i>Tooth pick case - inner.stl</i><br><i>Tooth pick case - outer.stl</i><br><br><strong>65 mm version</strong><br>Increased inner length to 6.5 [cm]<br><i>Tooth pick case - inner 65 mm.stl</i><br><i>Tooth pick case - outer 65 mm.stl</i></p><p><strong>70 mm version (130% scale)</strong><br>Increased inner length to 7.0 [cm]. This equals to the 130% as mentioned in the comments.<br><i>Tooth pick case - inner 70 mm.stl</i><br><i>Tooth pick case - outer 70 mm.stl</i></p><p>I would suggest printing it in PETG.</p>
