Pocket Toothpick Case

Pocket Toothpick Case

This is a sketch of the BrushPicks case that I got long ago. Mine was heavily worn out and badly needed replacement but everywhere I looked, they were nowhere to be found. This amazing tiny case, though, was so great that I just could not bear to let it go. Naturally, therefore, I had to create one myself. I've included the FreeCAD file too, for anyone interested in making their own changes. You are completely free to do anything you want with this design - no claim is being made here. This is where I got the item that I based my model on: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/81EoOmkjGHL._SY355_.jpg. Instructions Printing a fully functional one at 0.2 layer height and 0.8 shell thickness using PLA worked like a charm. Due to the already slim build of this design, I opted for 100% infill to make it sturdier. Because the pieces are fitted extremely tightly together, I recommend just a little bit of sanding before assembly - that was exactly my plan all along.
