This version of Pocket-Tactics remains playable using Third Edition rules, despite being outdated. Check out this collection for Fourth Edition sets and pieces, significantly improved over the earlier versions. We're in the process of updating the new edition to include rulebooks for all Third Edition units, so if you have printed them or wish to do so, keep an eye on our site for updates. Eventually, we will provide rules for those pieces.
