My brother has made a name for himself in the digital signage business. To stand out from the crowd, I decided to create something truly unique for his birthday. Something that would leave a lasting impression on people he meets and showcase what he does best. This custom container is home to a 3D printed "Pocket Sign" based on industry-standard products from Adafruit - a compact 1.8" screen, a reliable lipo charger, a high-capacity lipo battery, and an Arduino Mini. The display runs smoothly for two hours on just one hour of charging time, and I picked up some valuable new skills in 3D printing while working on this project.
