I'm making a Simple small 3/8in Pocket Ratchet with an adjustable head, flip it from side to side for effortless loosening and tightening. The 1/4in Backup Plate will arrive shortly. You'll need Parts 2 and 3 to assemble the internal components, but be aware that V2 of these parts can be finicky. Printing Results may differ due to variations in material used. Consider contributing a small donation to my Patreon at https://www.paypal.me/Cleven for continued content support. You can watch this ratchet being printed on two different printers at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HH5ibLgURsQ and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zmsJ4ocO2dE **Important Assembly Instructions** Be meticulous when assembling this Ratchet, and be sure to clear all rough edges and sharp points. Ensure there are no obstacles blocking the gaps between the fingers, as a small obstruction could impair operation. The Finger Clearance must not have any bumps or irregularities. To start, exercise patience with ratcheting initially as these Finger tips require some break-in time to smooth their function. Filament used in this Ratchet: Innofil Pla Recommended Printing Settings: Print temperature between 215-230C. Average Speed range 40-60mm/s Optimal layer thickness: .1mm Enable retraction and set print layers carefully, I utilized batch printing method for added efficiency.
