Pocket Operator (PO-16) Number & Symbol Buttons
thingiverse
These are some buttons I designed for crashdebug's Pocket Operator Case, which he graciously created: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1375818 Warning: Printing these buttons can be challenging using FDM. I successfully printed them on my Prusa MK3 with PETG filament (0.42mm extrusion width & 0.1mm layer height), but I acknowledge that they are difficult to print. For those who want to try, the step file is available if you wish to widen the numbers and symbols within the limited space. You can enhance the visibility of symbols like smiley face eyes by inserting an X-acto blade into the hole and twisting it to create more noticeable features. Additionally, if some numbers become filled in during printing, you can remove excess material with a cutting tool. Printing these buttons upside down with supports for the tabs might yield better results, but I'm satisfied with my own prints.
