Pocket Hole Jig with Adjustable Depth Slides
thingiverse
This is a modified version of jamimr's pocket hole jig, featuring adjustable depth slides on each side. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .25 Infill: 40 Notes: All parts demand supports; I employed the "everywhere" supports setting in Cura. Printed this in ABS, a brim was useful to prevent warping. Slides should be printed upside down to their final orientation. Post-Printing: Clean supports gently. For the metal insert use 2 1/4" copper coupling and soldering iron to set them into the holes. How I Designed This: Designed in Fusion 360.
