Pocket hole jig

I engineered this design to outperform other models I've downloaded, making it perfect for use with standard 12x1mm copper tubing found at most hardware stores. To bring this concept to life, print it as robustly as possible. I successfully tested the design using PLA with a perimeter count of three and an infill density of 15%, along with a layer height of 0.25mm. Next, secure the pipes together with epoxy adhesive for a solid connection. Once you've completed this step, your project is ready to go. To assemble the pieces, I recommend utilizing a 9.5mm drill bit (similar to Kreg-style) and standard 4.5mm screws, as shown in the accompanying image.
