Pocket Fletching Jig

This is a precision fletching jig designed for aligning standard 2" vanes, thoroughly tested with Bohning Blazer Vanes and NAP Quickspin Vanes – Bone Collector Edition. Simply use your preferred 2" vanes and adhesive. The supports fit snugly into the slots on the front and back pieces. The upper supports only fit one way into each side. After printing, test fit each part, then apply a small amount of glue (I recommend Loctite gel control super glue) to adhere the lower support and upper supports to the front and back pieces. You'll need to print: (1) Front (1) Back (1) Lower Support (2) Upper Supports (3) Arms How to use this jig: Place your preferred 2" fletching in each of the 3 arms. Apply adhesive to the fletching, carefully avoiding any on the jig components. Slide the arrow into the jig from the front, aligning the notch with the guide at the back. Insert the arms with fletching into the guides (they will only fit one way). Firmly press each arm in place and then wrap with a rubber band to hold fletching until adhesive is cured according to the manufacturer's recommendation.
