Pocket Ear-Plug Medicine Pill Case
thingiverse
Real nice little small earplug or pill pocket case. The top fits nicely and makes neat little case.Use a pocket knife and shave around the top outer edge of the case and then the inner edge of the top lid.(removing any burr) A little warmth on both parts will help in first snapping on-together. Let set for a few hours parts snapped together and they will soon snap on and off real nicely.Speeds.....print real slow for one case.If you can print in two speeds, print the case and top from the bottom of the print-up start at 35mm/s while it is printing both the cap part and the bottom case. When it finishes those and moves to just the case part alone, the speed needs to slow down to 20mm/s.Print bottom up at......... 35mm/sPrint from 5.58mm up at.... 20mm/sThis is for one case. 16-minute print time.Enjoy, Rick.
