The propeller protection shipped with the pocket drone FQ777 proved to be incredibly delicate, shattering quickly under minimal stress. This custom-designed replacement offers a robust solution to the original's fragility. To enhance strength, the protector has been carefully divided into multiple sections that can be printed horizontally in one piece. These sections are then sealed together using standard superglue for an added layer of security. Two distinct files are provided: one optimized for 0.5mm nozzles and another tailored for 0.3mm nozzles, the latter offering superior resolution. To ensure a seamless fit, all tiny components must be thoroughly cleaned and sanded after printing. For optimal results, I recommend using kapton tape, which provides exceptional adhesion without requiring a raft or brim, even for small parts.
