This component substitutes a pocket door's top part, offering the sliding surface for smooth rails operation. It's designed for 3D printing with PLA, followed by investment casting, threading being done afterward. The original part had a 5/16-32 pitch that was too fine for successful printing or casting. In the image, the left original die cast piece is contrasted with three right PLA-printed and brass-cast replacements.
