This project has been in development for a considerable amount of time with perfection as the ultimate goal. A locking lever can be created using aluminum cans, but printing three washers provides sufficient friction to keep it open during use. Print all components with 100% infill, except the outer shell which should still have at least 25%. Two pull tabs and three washers are necessary, along with one of every other item. Proper alignment on the build plate eliminates the need for a raft or support structure. Upon loading the file into your slicer, increase the scale from 1.0 to 10.
