Pocket bike chain wheel hub for Infento hex axles
thingiverse
Electric DC motor from 250 to 1000W as well as pocket bike 2-stroke engines use a T8F (small) or a 25H (big) chain, which are commonly fitted by 4 M6 bolts sitting on a 4x90° PCD of 65mm, and a locating diameter of 52mm. With this adapter you can bolt such a chainwheel to an Infento axle. Here is a video of a ride where I used it: https://youtu.be/yXhKTydlweY The pic shows the initial version. I broke it during a burnout with a 7HP engine. The STL file contains a reinforced one. Now this 2nd version should cover all you need. The through holes are 8mm to insert some hat bushings. Like this, you can tighten the M6 bolts without squeezing the part to death. I got that part printed at meltwerk.com by SLS in PA. Pretty strong but still ductile enough.
