PockedLamp2
thingiverse
There is one STL file here; the photos show the file printed with two different filament types. I used transparent green PLA for the one on the left, and regular green PLA for the one on the right. The transparent filament allows more light output, but the light diffuses so much it makes the star cutouts much harder to see. Standard filament cuts down the light output a lot, so the cutouts stand out better as a result. The part prints in about 10.5 hours at 0.200 mm layer height. It uses any one of several different kinds of LED lights. Here are sources for different LED lights that work with this design: https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/surface-puck-lights/3-watt-led-puck-light-fixture/2085/ http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00R7F7PNQ?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00 http://www.lowes.com/pd_406110-43768-NS511-R6-306_1z0y4gqZ1z10d2u__?productId=4177463&pl=1
