This dramatic fragment was unearthed from a tomb (B.5) dating back to the 2nd century B.C. - 1st century A.D. in the North Ridge cemetery area at Petra, Jordan. Advanced 3D modeling and photography techniques were employed on this piece under the permanent loan agreement No. 12/5/2288 between East Carolina University and the Department of Antiquities of Jordan.
