This concept features 20 actuators, ensuring seamless movement of bottles from a linear conveyor to the filling and metering unit. Proper alignment is crucial for accurate filling, which is facilitated by direction control or a flexible conveyor holder apparatus. Upon reaching the filling unit, stopper actuators momentarily halt the bottles, while an actuator with ball bushings keeps them steady during filling. Continuous conveyor movement prevents production delays and cost increases. There are 8 actuators in the filling and metering system, controlling water flow from a tank to each bottle, adjusting for bottle size using a screw behind the actuator. Bottles then move on to the cap placement unit, where another stopper actuator and cap placement actuator perform their tasks. Finally, a cap tightening actuator secures the caps in place, fulfilling design requirements and customer demands.
