A manual valve puller for the pneumatic KF16 VAT 26524-KA11 vacuum valves. Cam locks at 5.5 mm of lift and the forces are small enough that all parts can be made with regular PLA. Print all parts except the base plate at 100% infill and 0.1 mm layer height. No support should be needed for any parts. Clearances of 0.2 mm are designed in between parts, which should yield a tight fit from most FDM printers, but some hand finishing may be necessary depending on filaments and print settings. Apply some grease between the cam lobes and base plate for smoother actuation, you may also choose to glue the two-piece handle together after assembly
