Pneumatic PC Board Depaneler

This is a 3D-printed frame to hold a Hakko PCB depaneling tool and actuate it using a pneumatic cylinder. More detail is in the YouTube video here:  The pneumatic cylinder is held on with 10-24 socket head cap screws. The handle clamp is held on with three 10-32 socket head cap screws, and the soft clamp attaches to the pull rod with M3 hardware. (It's what I had.) The pull rod connects to the piston with a short length of 5/16-18 threaded rod, which I cut from the end of a bolt and cleaned up on the lathe.I found with this setup that 45PSI air easily cuts mouse ear tabs out of my PCB panels.
