The Larson Electronics PLM-18 Pneumatic Light Mast is a 20-foot light boom that can be extended to cover maximum area and collapsed for easy transportation and storage. Constructed of high strength, heat treated aluminum tubing, it comprises three 6.7' sections and includes a locking top mounting plate for easy removal of lights or cameras. An included 250 watt 220 Volt AC 50/60hz, 1/3 horsepower air compressor is used to elevate the tower, while an air release valve at its base allows operators to lower it. The internal wiring is routed and protected, with a six-wire internal harness included for easy installation and connection. It typically mounts to trailers or stable surfaces via a 12 inch square, ½ inch thick mounting base plate. This pneumatic mast is ideal for deploying lighting and security cameras, supporting up to 150 lbs fixtures, and can be customized by the manufacturer to meet specific requirements.
