Pneumatic cylinder
thingiverse
First tackle a pneumatic cylinder. The bore will require some sanding, as well as the piston. This is work in progress, so updates will be made as improvements are noted. Update: A new cylinder rod proves to not need sanding (the bore still needs to be sanded for smoothness). After print, the piston will necessitate the removal of bridging material, thereby exposing o-ring gaps. O-rings can be created using 2-part silicone molding material. The bottle manifold threads onto a standard soda/pop bottle. Petroleum jelly (Vaseline) makes an excellent lubricant for the piston.
