About *** A plastic connector for my TitanExtruder to use generic 10mm passthrough pneumatic connectors. I designed this part because my original extruder's pneumatic connector broke and I couldn't find one anywhere nearby. It's solid and works. Follow *** I also post pics and videos of my designs on [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com) as [madxfpv](https://www.instagram.com/madxfpv) Installation *** The part comes in two flavors, one rigid for PET/PLA materials and another one for flexible materials. **Rigid** If you use the rigid one, heat up the metal pneumatic connector before screwing it inside the PLA/PET part. The part's inner diameter has no margin of error (tolerance) and doesn't compensate for plastic contraction, flow rate or printer's calibration. This is by design, to provide a tight fit for the pneumatic connector. If the rigid part brakes while inserting the connector, scale the piece by 2-3% (0,02) and try again. **Flexible** Mount the connector, it should go easily inside the TPU part, but firmly. If it doesn't have a tight grip with the part, scale down the part by 2-3% (0,02) or better yet, increase the flow rate by 5-10%. After it's firmly attached to the part, make sure the part is solid before mounting it in the extruder. Use a tie-wrap (like in the pictures) to add pressure on the connection point between the part and the pneumatic connector. Enjoy
