- Flex Muscle analyses for proof of concept.- By using 3DPrint filaments with different characteristics for flexibility, while being strong enough to sustain at least 6-Bars (air, water or oil) with sufficiant displacement and life reliability (max number of actuations at TAmb before leakage and 12 bars resistent for 10 seconds).- Quite long but (not so much for 3Dprint models), around 3Days per batch with post-processing...- Types: 4 inflatable flat bags or 10 spiral springs for better sizable displacement. With 1rst one acting as a cushion, and the other ones for progressive expansion... - Intented basically to be used as an experimental test platform depending different branded materials available (trimming and adjusting through experimentations).- Experimentations on-going, while finite element analyses could reach some limitations when materials characteristics are rather poor documented or pretty unknown.- Could be down/up sized or adapted for potential fields of applications ...Copyright GFX-2022 (HW open source)
