The engine is designed to not require any additional fasteners but it still needs some non printed parts and some tools. The assembly guide can be found as a PDF in the files. I'd recommend printing the 3mf files as their are some parts for wich I added supports.

Required non-printed parts:

double sided tape

one way rubber glove or air balloon

4x lego tubing (or others with about 4mm outer ø)

Tools required:

Drill and drillbits (4mm, 5mm and 1.5mm is recommended)

Knife

Sanding paper about 200-800 grit

Pump

What can be improved?

For now the engine does run very smooth but doesn't start from every position, and has fairly low torque this might be due to the Valve leaking, but also is caused by small holes in the membrane as I have experienced quite a few of them.

Valve (it does leak a bit)

Mounting the engine I think it would be ideal to integrate some kind of mount into the clamp/straps

Membrane (it is hard to instal and is prone to develop tiny holes, it actually doesn't blow up)

Video of the engine running:

<oembed url="https://youtu.be/AcKin3qAzBA"></oembed>
