PNC60MS Solid Nose Cone
prusaprinters
This is my remix of JackHydrazine's PNC-60MS nose cone. Unlike his, mine is "solid" (i.e. infilled). Because it can be printed without infill (as Jack's original is), you can tinker the amount of infill as much as you like. I did it this way so I can tune the weight of the cone to stabilize a Baby Bertha 2x18 cluster; Cura tells me how many grams of filament the print will use, and OpenRocket lets me figure out how many grams it needs to be, and with some trial-and-error in Cura I can hit the target figure exactly. I got the design for the integrated shock cord lug from someone else's nose cone (and sadly cannot remember who or when) but this is my rendition, not that other person's original copied.
