PMC Ring Former - Style 1

Create stunning PMC rings with this ring former! Effortlessly shape PMC (Precious Metal Clay) into ring blanks, then add details or directly fire them. The provided STL and DXF files are scaled for a size 7 ring blank; the finished size post-firing is yet to be determined. RR1_C1 and RR1_C2 replace part RR1_C for easy PMC removal - secure both halves with rubber bands until dry. For printing, use PLA for optimal results, ensuring part D is printed upside down. Lubricate all parts with vegetable oil as recommended by the PMC manufacturer. Stack part B onto A and add part C. Feed rolled PMC into the mold's cavity using part D and apply firm pressure. Use part E to help push part D in shaping the ring blank. Allow drying, optionally utilizing a 150F toaster oven for 30 minutes, then carefully remove the ring blank. Detail and fire your creation according to PMC manufacturer's instructions, and proudly flaunt your new handmade ring!
