This plywood+MDF tray measures approximately 24 inches by 12 inches, boasting considerable sturdiness. In prototype images, the base is made from thin MDF; however, an acrylic base would enhance the final design's appearance. The symmetrical sides can be cut twice from the same design. The rectangular base spans 24 inches by 12 inches, while the sides form a slightly larger area to accommodate the base snugly within the groove cut into each piece.
