Plywood Prusa i3 with 2020 profiles

Check out my video about this project: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22CXyKwfg_Y This is my take on a small redesign of the great Prusa i3 printer. I made the frame parts out of 10mm plywood machined on IndyMill (original Prusa uses a 6mm steel plate for that). Instead of 3030 aluminium extrusion that is hard to buy I used 2020 aluminium profile because I had plenty of that after building the Dremel CNC. I decided to build this project to recycle parts from my old JGAurora 605s (my first ever 3D printer!) I also slightly redesigned just a few parts and designed some from scratch (psu case, legs and mainboard case). All of those redesigned parts including dxf files for the frame and plates you can find here on Thingiverse. I also designed a double spool holder that you can find here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4978285 Inexpensive 3D printer: https://bit.ly/3kVdYUv My CNC machine: https://indystry.cc/indymill/ Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/nikodembartnik Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nikodembartnik/
