I crafted the Original Yamashita Ken MDF Pencil Holder and absolutely adore it. However, at the lab, my collection of writing instruments is expanding rapidly. As a result, I remixed the original design to be constructed from 4.5mm Russian Birch Plywood. It looks fantastic and is incredibly robust. I highly recommend applying oil prior to assembly. Thanks, Ken! I manufactured this on a Trotec Speedy 300 at the Fab Lab Museum J.A. Bombardier.
