Plywood Nativity Scene Kerststal

I created a nativity scene called a kerststal locally in Belgium, which I displayed at our church. The design was inspired by various pictures and movies that I studied carefully. To meet our needs, I modified the design and brought it to life using my homemade CNC router. Check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QlZPZsGKaI0 The nativity scene is made from 19mm thick plywood, cut with an 8mm 2-flute spiral bit at a speed of 24000mm/min and a depth of 2.25mm/pass using a 1050W spindle. It requires two full sheets measuring 1220x2440mm. After completing the cuts, I filed the slots to fit snugly together, allowing them to slide into place smoothly. The star fits perfectly over the puzzle pieces, holding everything in its proper position. Please note that this design is for personal use only and not intended for commercial purposes. However, you are free to use it for your own community projects without any restrictions.
