Plywood CNC Valovi Chair

This design is based on the OpenDesk Valoví chair, originally designed by Denis Fuzii. https://www.opendesk.cc/studio-dlux/valovi-chair#get-it-made https://www.opendesk.cc/blog/design-revamp-deniss-valovi-chair http://www.studiodlux.com.br/portfolio/valovi/ I adapted the design to be cut from two sheets of 3/4 inch X 2 foot X 4 foot birch plywood using the Shaper Origin handheld CNC tool. The OpenSCAD file includes a DogBoneCut module that was used to create the corners for interlocking joints. This was my first time cutting plywood, and I encountered problems with the bit getting clogged and igniting the material on fire. I applied a spray-on stain but believe that a wipe or brush-on stain would have produced better results.
