Plywood/CD Jewel Case Shelf Support

Plywood/CD Jewel Case Shelf Support

Inspired by clips that turn old CD cases into shelves, I created a clip that attaches these same jewel cases as legs to thin plywood sheeting, measuring just 4mm thick. I'm using these light-duty shelves to hold my DnD miniatures and other gaming props, nothing elaborate but something others might find interesting too. To make one of these shelves, you cut the board to the width of a CD case, then use two brackets to secure a jewel case at each end as a leg. You'll need at least four of these clips to create a shelf. I've used just one clip to hold a center brace in place, adding extra strength right down the middle.
