Plastic building sets from Europe are popular tools for creative children everywhere. My 7-year-old loved asking for additional building pieces to match his popular set. He noticed that a certain shape block required a gap in the middle. Together, he created the idea behind Plus4 blocks and I adjusted some technical specs. The Plus4 shapes go perfectly with the original sets of building pieces. Unfortunately, they just don't connect when printed from special kind of plastic (PLA). If you used a different kind of plastic or changed the shape, though, it might work out differently! It could even lead to whole new building possibilities! Update: Try using flexible plastic (PolyFlex)! Building shapes made from this type now easily match with each other.
