A simple bench to measure the force your plunger button asserts on the arrow.A good value with international archers is 10 grams per pounf of force @ 2mm depth.2mm on a 5/16 24tpi-Thread is:2mm depth / 25.4mm per inch / 24 threads per inch = 1.889 turns per 2mm.Lets call that 1.9 turns on a 24TPI-Thread for 2mm way.So, screw in the button till it barley touches the scale. If you use the version with the nut, be sure you eliminate the backlash/play upwards. One full turn has 10 dots indicated around the hole. Turn one full turn and then one dot less than one full turn to get 1.9 turns or 2mm.The scale shows you the weight the button asserts on the arrow with 2mm way.
