Parallelanschlag für Führungsschienen von Makita --- Update 09.05.2023: Der erste Testdruck hat mir gezeigt, dass es nicht passt. Ich werde das Design überarbeiten. Erste Version ----- Der wesentliche Unterschied zu verfügbaren Modellen ist die Umstand, dass das Aluminiumprofil welches für das Einstellen der Sägebreite genutzt wird, so verbaut ist, das ein Klebemassband auf der Schiene befestigt werden kann. Für ein Set müßen von jedem Kunsstoffteil jeweils 2 Stück ausgedruckt werden. Zusätzlich zu den Kunststoffteilen werden pro Einheit jeweils folgende Bauteile benötigt: 1 x C-Schiene 17x11mm 4 x Zylinderschrauben M4x12 4 x Mutter M4 1 x Stahlnagel 2 mm 1 x Selbstklebendes Massband (max 13 breit) Aktuell sind die Führungen mit sehr engen Toleranzen konstruiert, d.h. evtl. muß ich diesen nach dem Testdruck korrigieren. Es besteht aktuell das Risiko, das die Teile nicht passen. Die STL Dateien sind nicht in der Ausrichtung exportiert, in der sie gedruckt werden sollen. Um sie ohne Support zu drucken, wird empfohlen die in den Bildern illustrierte Ausrichtung zu verwenden. Die STL-Datei des T-Winkels hat aktuell noch einen Fehler, kann aber mit dem PrusaSlicer problemlos gesliced werden. Falls sich jemand bemühen möchte, den Fehler zu suchen, kann er das in der angehängten FreeCAD Datei tun. ----- Rip fence for Makita guide rails --- Update: May 9. 2023 The first test print showed me that it didn't fit. There is currently a risk that the parts will not fit. The STL files are not exported in the orientation in which they should be printed. To print them without support, it is recommended to use the orientation illustrated in the images. The STL file of the T-angle currently has an error, but can be sliced with the PrusaSlicer without any problems. If anyone wants to make an effort to troubleshoot, they can do so in the attached FreeCAD file.
