Plume, a family of lamps created by Christophe Pillet, consists of a table lamp and two wall lamp versions, one featuring a long arm and the other a short arm. The lighting project draws inspiration from a collection designed by the French designer for the Sezz Hotel in Saint-Tropez, crafted especially for the hotel through Oluce's Bespoke Tailoring service, which revisits a more ornate version of Plume. By combining minimalism with classic expressions, Plume blends slender and lightweight design elements with metal configurations reminiscent of 1950s lighting styles, yet imbued with contemporary flair. A unifying element across the entire family is the lampshade, comprising a thin metal surface subtly folded in the center to evoke a feather-like silhouette. Wire images were created with CoronaMtl + Corona Wire Texmap for geometry testing.
