I created several adapters that can fit into a 25mm diameter pipe, providing an inner diameter of approximately 17-20mm. Edit: I had originally left one of the hollow parts unconnected, but after running it through the online tool netfabb.azurewebsites.com to fix any mesh issues, everything is now properly manifolded.
