Plug in various sizes, can be screwed into gag
thingiverse
Plug various sizes and lengths into the mix, ranging from discreet to downright sneaky! The plug features a base plate that screws seamlessly into this mouth gag: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4550157 for a thrilling ATM experience. The largest plug (50 mm) won't fit through the gag, so keep it set aside for other openings. Print without support, placing the flat parts of the half-plugs on the printbed with ease. Finally, glue all the parts together to complete the assembly. Note: I deliberately opted for this layout over printing a single piece standing upright. I wanted to avoid print layers running parallel to the direction you pull the plug out, as 3D prints aren't strong in that orientation and I feared a part might get left behind! I recommend a minimum infill of 30% and a low layer height (< 0.15) for maximum strength and smoothness respectively.
