Plug Cutter Pegboard Holder

Plug Cutter Pegboard Holder

I designed a custom tray to showcase my collection of Plug Cutters, which are now housed in wooden blocks that my daughter had commandeered earlier (she cleverly swiped the original box). This new setup gives them a designated spot on my pegboard. The design is inspired by my previous creations found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3701355 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3701437. The tray's interior dimensions measure 109.5 mm by 51.5 mm, perfectly fitting a standard pegboard with 1/4 inch spacing on center. To ensure a sturdy print, I recommend using either a 4-wall line count and varying infill or printing at 2 walls per layer with at least 15% infill. I used 3D-Fuel Pro PLA for this print, which is incredibly strong and easy to work with. It can also be annealed to boost its strength and temperature resistance, making it my go-to choice for functional prints. For those who want to remix the design, I've included the Fusion 360 file for ease of modification.
