Plug Cutter Pegboard Holder

I crafted a tray specifically designed to hold my collection of Plug Cutters, which are safely stored in their original wood blocks (my Daughter skillfully repurposed the box they came in). Now, these essential tools have a dedicated spot on my pegboard. This custom design is inspired by two models I previously created: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3701355 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3701437. The tray's interior dimensions measure 109.5 mm by 51.5 mm, providing ample space for my Plug Cutters. This design is tailored to fit perfectly on a 1/4 inch pegboard with 1 inch on-center spacing. For optimal results, I recommend printing this model using either 4 wall line count and any desired infill percentage or, if you prefer a higher level of detail, print at 2 wall line count and use at least 15% infill. I used 3D-Fuel Pro PLA filament for this project, as it offers exceptional strength and ease of printing. Additionally, this material can be annealed to enhance its strength and temperature resistance, making it my go-to choice for functional prints. To facilitate remixing and customization, I have included the Fusion 360 file with the design.
