Plug City Scooter, Fluid FreeRide Horizon, Turbowheel Swift T8, Zero 8 - Bottom Bumper
thingiverse
When folding down the handlebars of the scooter, the base of the scooter rests on two socket head cap screws. This can damage the socket head cap screws and/or the floor. By removing the two socket head cap screws and affixing the Bottom Bumper, the socket head cap screws and floor are better protected. This was printed in PLA. TPU might offer even better protection for your floor. A future improvement might be to do some basic trigonometry and angle the bumper such that it rests flat on the floor rather than on the corner of the bumper. Design tested and fits the Plug City Scooter and Fluid FreeRide Horizon Scooter. Design should also work with Turbowheel Swift T8, and Zero 8 scooters Please leave a comment if this fits any other scooters.
