PLTW Arduino Chip Clock
thingiverse
This is a clock built around 16 LEDs and an Arduino chip, designed to come together as a giant P when its top and bottom parts are attached. The central housing is meant for a servo motor that will rotate the LTW sign every hour, while the Arduino chip fits snugly into the compartment on the face of the lower part via friction fitting. Wires can run down through the hole to connect with the LEDs. Each LED has its own support, accommodating both itself and all necessary wires. Our design was inspired by a Project Lead The Way class, or "PLTW", for which we originally designed this clock. Setup instructions for the LEDs and Arduino are available online at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2215745 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1545926 respectively.
