Numerous individuals have made their own versions, which can be viewed on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/search/page:1?q=plot+clock&sa=) and Instructables (http://www.instructables.com/id/Plot-Clock-for-dummies/). The author also attempted the project but abandoned it, modeling the clock in Solidworks for customization. They additionally developed a program to simulate motion, discovering interesting results.
