Plissee Klebeplatte / Pleatings adhesive plate
thingiverse
My adhesive plate cracked and I would have had to buy four new plates with double-sided adhesive tape for around 20 euros. But why spend that money when you can print your own? However, you still need some good-quality double-sided adhesive tape. I used "3M VHB 4910" (transparent) tape, which costs about 10 euros, but it comes in rolls of three meters long, so you'll have plenty to go around. I also designed the plates to be nineteen millimeters wide, so all you need to do is cut the length of the adhesive tape. Your window frame needs to have a depth of at least nineteen millimeters. *UPDATE*: I've added a 13.1mm version (original dimensions) for those who prefer it. Insert the square nut from the original part into its corresponding hole. No supports are required, but I did need to add an extra layer as a bridge below the screw hole in order to make it printable. You can easily break through this with the screw.
