Plissee Hand Grip (replacement) v3.0
thingiverse
This is a simple replacement for a window plisse hand grip, which enables moving it up/down. On the original (transparent) version, you can change the grip to a different angle. However, since this isn't necessary and makes printing significantly more complicated, the replacement is fixed. If it doesn't fit, you'll need to experiment with scaling. You can find the original measurements in the photo of the original. Leave me a comment if you experience any issues or want the link to the Tinkercad project to edit it online. [Update 29.04.17] I printed the first prototype in PLA. As it appears, using UV-resistant PLA is more important than heat-resistant ABS. The strength of the part was significantly increased. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend printing with the settings below. The photos were from v1.0 back then. Print Settings Printer: Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro C Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Layer height Infill: 10-20% Notes: Orient it flat to the bed (as in the photo with the blue model). You will need a little bit of support. IMPORTANT: Use ~6-10 perimeters No fan = stronger layer adhesion I only activated the fan for better quality on the small lip at the top.
