Although most of the Imperium's structures are cumbersome and over-engineered, initial structures on new planets or under combat conditions often require rapid construction. The Plasteel Light Frame (PLF) system empowers local tech specialists to build structures and defensive positions with unprecedented speed and efficiency. The 2-column half types enable the creation of 2-, 3- or 4-wall connectors. Each piece is designed to be easily disassembled and reassembled for convenient storage, but can be secured in place with adhesive to expedite assembly within an existing framework. Two distinct top braces facilitate stacking or a smooth roof design.
