Although most of the Imperium's structures are bulky and over-engineered, often initial structures, be it on a new planet or under combat conditions, need to be erected quickly. The Plasteel Light Frame (PLF) system allowed the local tech adepts to create structures and defense positions in an accelerated and expedient fashion. The empty Panel spaces are 33mmx58mm (small) and 58mmx58mm (large) intended to glue on color laser or ink jet printed pictures for a quick terrain hack. The 2 column halves types will allow for the creation of a 2, 3, or 4 wall joiner. All pieces are meant to come apart for easy disassembly/assembly and storage, but can be glued to expedite assembly of a pre-existing structure. 2 different Top Braces allow for stacking or for a smooth roof.
